Usage policy

WhatsApp Business Platform charges, approved template message charges, and optional AI overages are separate from the platform fee. Extra AI replies are planned at RM10 per 1,000 replies during launch.

Optional managed AI setup after the launch offer starts from RM499 one-time for customers who want done-for-you configuration.

Pricing FAQ

Are WhatsApp charges included?

No. Meta/WhatsApp message charges are billed separately based on actual usage. We keep the platform fee clear so you can see software cost and messaging cost separately.

Is this fully self-serve?

Not yet. During launch, every workspace goes through a short onboarding review so WhatsApp setup, AI behavior, escalation rules, and tenant access are configured correctly.

Do I need a new WhatsApp number?

Some customers can connect an existing WhatsApp Business setup, while others may need a separate number depending on their current setup and Meta requirements.

What happens when AI cannot answer?

The assistant escalates uncertain, sensitive, or account-specific conversations to your team instead of guessing.
